Description

Plastic model Italeri 0225 - tank M4 A1 Sherman in scale 1:35 for gluing. Model length 165 mm, difficulty 3. Package contains GREAT DECALS FOR 3 VERSIONS.

The M4 Sherman tank was produced in several variants, and it was also the basis for a number of consecutive vehicles. In addition, several nations have adapted Shermans from modernization upgrades to complete hull conversions for the next task.

M4A1 had a continental star engine, a one-piece cast fuselage and a 75 mm cannon. The last production units M4A1 used a modified fuselage with large driver's hatches. Used in the USA, Britain, South Africa, Poland (M4A1 (76) Z), France (small numbers).

The M4A1 (76) W has been upgraded with a 76 mm M1 cannon and large driver's hatches.

M4A1 (76) The W HVSS has been enhanced with a wide-area horizontal coil suspension (HVSS) and equipped with an M1 76 mm pistol.

M4A1E9 was a late war renovation with delayed VVSS suspension, extended end connectors on both sides of the track. Some appeared in Europe before VE Day. Used in the US, France, many post-war users.
