The Eurofighter project, developed since the second half of the 1980s by a group of European companies, aimed to create an advanced multi-purpose combat aircraft with a strong specialization in wiretapping. The result of the project is "Typhoon", which is today one of the best fighters of air superiority in the world. Its aerodynamic structure is characterized by a delta wing and duck ribs. Its two additional combustion turbocharged engines guarantee excellent performance and allow it to reach Mach 2. High onboard technology, enhanced by a fly-by-wire control system, allows excellent control in air combat.
