The Mini is a small economy car. The original is considered an icon of 1960s British popular culture. Space-saving cross motor, front-wheel drive arrangement. Cooper also produced two S models specifically for racing circuits. The smaller-engine model was not well received, and only the 963 was built when the model was discontinued in 1965. Cooper S models continued production until 1971.
